Croatian Health Tourism Association

The Croatian Health Tourism Association, founded by the Croatian Chamber of Economy, gathers representatives from the health tourism sector in Croatia who offer medical, healing and wellness services.
The association operates nationally with the aim to develop and promote health tourism products and services Croatia has to offer year-round.

Croatia, known for its summer “sun and sea” tourism also has a long tradition as the destination for health tourism, dating back to the Roman Era.
Rich with natural thermal waters and mud, a central European geographical location, excellent road and air connectivity, sea and climate advantages, Croatia has made a shift from a traditional to a modern wellness, health and medical 365-days a-year tourism destination.

Our members include a mix of health resorts, medical rehabilitation centres, spa and wellness centres, facilitators, and specialised consulting companies. Each member brings its unique products and services in the field of medical tourism, providing top-notch, “boutique style” care and service to their clients.
