International conference 29th Croatian Arbitration Days

The Permanent Court of Arbitration at the Croatian Chamber of Economy (PAC CCE) invites you to the 29th International Conference Croatian Arbitration Days (CAD). The Conference will be a two-day event held in remote mode with four panels on Thursday and Friday, December 9th and 10th, 2021. 

The Croatian Arbitration Days is one of the most respectful conference in the Central and East Europe in the field of international arbitration. 

The 29th CAD will focus on four topics of contemporary international commercial arbitration: „Conflict of interest in arbitration – Drawing the line”, „Experts and their assistance to arbitral tribunals”, and “Arbitral award – Novel nuances”, to be held in English, and “Most recent court and arbitral case law – Comparative overview / Similarities & differences”, which will be held in Croatian. 

The Conference should attend practising lawyers, corporate counsel, arbitrators, business professionals and academics interested in and/or involved in domestic and international arbitration in Central and South Eastern European countries who want to obtain further knowledge and keep up to date on the latest developments in the field. For SMS enterprises the Conference is a venue where they can learn more how to improve legal protection of their businesses through arbitration. 

Participation at the event is free of charge but registration is compulsory via the application form below, and the Conference program is available in the accompanying documents. 

The application deadline is December 7th.
