Održana sjednica Poslovnog vijeća za gospodarsku suradnju s Australijom

U Hrvatskoj gospodarskoj Komori - Komori Zagreb 22. ožujka održana je sjednica Poslovnog vijeća za gospodarsku suradnju s Australijom. Predsjednik Vijeća, izvršni direktor za zapadnu Europu i prekomorska tržišta Podravke Marko Marić upoznao je nazočne s proteklim aktivnostima, posebno pokretanjem web-stranice Vijeća te predložio formiranje radnih grupa Vijeća i podjelu na četiri podgrupe - Savjetovanje i nekretnine, Proizvodnja i IT, Turizam i usluge te Institucije, a njegov je prijedlog i usvojen. Za koordinatore Radnih grupa vijeća izabrani su Joško Džida iz tvrtke KPMG - Savjetovanje i nekretnine, Marko Kukec iz Alpha Aplikacija - Proizvodnja i IT te Ognjen Bagatin iz Poliklinike Bagatin - Turizam i usluge.
Elizabeth Petrovic, veleposlanica Australije u RH, upoznala je nazočne s pregovorima EU i Australije o Ugovoru o slobodnoj trgovini, a Eugene Brcic Jones, direktor Venatus Jones d.o.o. i povratnik iz Australije, s primjerima iz prakse o poslovanju na hrvatskom i australskom tržištu.
Zlatan Fröhlich, predsjednik HGK - Komore Zagreb, izvijestio je sudionike o prijedlogu Jasona Collinsa, izvršnog direktora European Australian Business Councila, da se Poslovno vijeće za gospodarsku suradnju s Australijom pri HGK uključi u Australian Business in Europe Network - mrežu koja okuplja više organizacija diljem Europe sa zajedničkim ciljem povećanja i jačanja trgovinskih, investicijskih, poslovnih i diplomatskih veza Australije i Europe – što je i prihvaćeno, a također je upoznao nazočne s projektima Hrvatske gospodarske komore, osobito Digitalna komora, Znakovi kvalitete HGK i Kupujmo hrvatsko.

Business Council for Economic Cooperation with Australia held a meeting

In the Croatian Chamber of Economy – Zagreb Chamber on March 22, a meeting of the Business Council for Economic Cooperation with Australia took place. The President of the Council, Executive Director for Western Europe & Overseas of Podravka, Marko Marić informed the participants about past activities, especially about launching of the Council’s web site, and proposed the formation of Council’s working groups and the division into 4 subgroups - Counseling and Real Estate, Production and IT, Tourism and Services and Institutions – which was accepted. Joško Džida from KPMG - Counseling and Real Estate, Marko Kukec from Alpha Applications - Production and IT and Ognjen Bagatin from Polyclinic Bagatin - Tourism and Services were selected for the coordinators of the working groups of the Council.
Elizabeth Petrovic, Australia's Ambassador to the Republic of Croatia, informed the attendees about the negotiations on the Australia - EU Free Trade Agreement, and Eugene Brcic Jones, Director of Venatus Jones d.o.o. and repatriate from Australia, gave examples of business practices on the Croatian / Australian market.
Zlatan Fröhlich, president of the Croatian Chamber of Economy – Zagreb Chamber, informed participants about the proposal of Jason Collins, Chief Executive Officer of European Australian Business Councill, that the Business Council for Economic Cooperation with Australia could be included in the Australian Business in Europe (ABIE) Network, which was accepted. ABIE Network brings together several organizations across the Europe with the goal of increasing and strengthening trade, investment, business and diplomatic ties between Australia and Europe. Zlatan Fröhlich also informed the participants about projects of the Croatian Chamber of Economy, in particular the Digital Chamber, Marks of Quality and Buy Croatian.
